Retern policy
At RichlyMatcha, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Eligible Returns
Returns or exchanges will be accepted in the following cases:
- You received an item different from what you ordered.
- Your item arrived damaged or defective.
Please note: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns based on personal preferences (e.g., taste or visual differences).
How to Request a Return
Please email us at info@richlymatcha.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Product name(s)
- Quantity to be returned
- Reason for return
Once reviewed, we will send you return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products returned after more than 7 days of delivery
- Opened or used items
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Returns requested for reasons such as personal taste or appearance
