Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

> Orders over $75 and subscription orders ship FREE!

> Orders under $75 will see a $8 flat rate at checkout.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

>You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
>When your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@richlymatcha.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement where appropriate.

International Shipping
