Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed by our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Rates

• FREE shipping on orders over $75 and all subscription orders.
• Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $8.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Processing

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
• Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@richlymatcha.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when appropriate.
